About Us

The IWF Mission

The International Women’s Forum builds better Global leadership across careers, continents, and cultures by connecting the world’s most preeminent women of significant and diverse achievement.

It is an extraordinary network of women leaders, which provides exposure and access to a broad and diverse audience of female decision-makers around the world, while delivering cutting edge and relevant programs. The IWF brings together this very successful group of women to exchange ideas, to learn, inspire, and to build better leadership for a changing world.

IWF Jordan Chapter

The International Women’s Forum Jordan Chapter is a unique organization comprised of 46 dynamic women leaders in many different fields who are all aligned in their commitment to building better leadership. IWF Jordan was registered in 2003 in Amman under the patronage of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah. It provides a platform for its members to meet on a monthly basis among their peers in an environment where meaningful partnerships and friendships can form and grow.

The IWF vision is realized through training and mentoring programs, and through global conferences. Our focus in Jordan has been to identify, develop, and encourage promising young women to prepare themselves to be future leaders in their societies. This was the impetus for starting the Leadership Enhancement and Mentoring Program, LEMP, which is based on the well-established modules of the IWF International Fellows Program. To date, this program has successfully created career opportunities and networking platforms for around 200 women in the past ten years in Jordan.
